EXCHANGE POLICY

Product Quality & Accuracy

At Label Shaurya Sanadhya, we ensure every piece is crafted and dispatched with care. All products go through stringent quality checks so they reach you in perfect condition.

Exchange Eligibility
• Domestic Orders Only: Exchange services are available only within India.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags intact.


What You Can Exchange
• Size Exchange (Within 5 Days): You may request a size exchange within 5 days of delivery.
• Product Exchange: You can also exchange the item for any other product on our website. Any price difference must be paid by the customer.

Exchange Process
1. Request Submission:
Contact us within 5 days of delivery at help@shauryasanadhya.com or message us on WhatsApp/Instagram (if applicable).
2. Processing Fee:
• ₹250 per product for reverse pickup.
• Share the payment screenshot with us for confirmation.
3. Self-Shipping Option:
You may courier the product to us directly. Once dispatched, share the AWB number and courier details. Please use a reputed courier service as Label Shaurya Sanadhya is not responsible for lost parcels.
4. Reverse Pickup:
Once payment is received, we schedule the pickup from your location.
5. Inspection & Dispatch:
After the product reaches us and passes quality inspection, the exchanged size/product will be dispatched.
One exchange per order is permitted.

RETURN POLICY
• If you wish to return a product, we offer Store Credit for the full product amount.
• No expiry: Store credit has no time validity, you can shop anytime in the future at your convenience.
• No bank refunds: We do not offer refunds to bank accounts for any return or exchange request.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customer Cancellations
• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
• For prepaid cancellations, we issue store credit or allow replacement with another product of equal value.

Brand-Initiated Cancellations
• In rare cases (material unavailability, incorrect listings, or verification issues), the brand may cancel an order.
• For prepaid orders cancelled by us, store credit of the full amount will be issued.

REFUND POLICY
• No monetary refunds are issued under any circumstances.
• Sale items or discounted products are not eligible for exchange or return.
• Store credit is provided wherever applicable
